הנני מעוניין לקחת הלוואת גישור בסך 100,000 דולר לתקופה של שנתיים בריבית קבועה.
ברצוני לדעת:
א. מהי הריבית הסבירה שלוקחים הבנקים בסוג זה של הלוואות.
ב. מהו סכום ההחזר לבנק במועד פרעון ההלואה.
לאיזה בנק מומלץ לפנות בהקשר הנ"ל
