ההצעה שקיבלנו היא כזו:

151,120 ש"ח קבועה לא צמודה בריבית 4.55
151,120 ש"ח משתנה כל 10 שנים בריבית
4.67
151,120 ש"ח פריים קרן על בסיס שפיצר p-0.9

זכאות עומדת על 98,000 ש"ח
אנחנו לא רוצים החזר חודשי של מעל 2900 ש"ח
